Miximum

All the values that exist between minimum and maximum (not a mean or median expression).

There's a huge gap between the lowest and highest levels of human performance, most people occupy the miximum and we need to focus on those values.

Miximum

Almost speaks for itself; a mixture of maximum and minimum. Describes the level of effort put into a task. A characteristic of an effort put fourth that was strong in some categories and weak in others.
