A short animated film, usually around 1-10 minutes that are purposely bad, and or lazy, and is filled with memes, or references.

Guy#1: Hey did you see The Family Simp video on YouTube by Joe?
Guy#2: Oh yeah! That was one the best and funniest mocktoon out there.
