1. A person whose face is "monged" i.e. a very weird looking person.
2. A website that shows a man inserting a telephone into his anus. A grossout website similar in content to websites such as meatspin and lemonparty.

1. Look at Joe Cole, he is a mongface.
2. That man is performing a mongface ritual with the telephone reciever.
