A penis, usually large, that is deformed or otherwise strangely shaped. Possibly covered with growths.

Can refer to a person who is acting the fool or like a retard and who is ugly.

"Dam! Did you see that dude in the gym shower?" "Ya i did! He had a mongoloid dick!"

"That dude is so dumb!" "Ya hes a mongoloid dick."
