mr.cotton

The name of the most oblivuous guy on earth. A mr.cotton will always say "good morning (raiders)" to you but this is just the common courtesy for a mr.cotton because they live on what they think is a flat earth. (Secluded from everyone humor wise)

(Another way to describe this is someone who just isn't very good at picking up on jokes)
