speaking numbers in orders of magnitude

e.x. 1 22 333 4444 55555, etc, etc

i counted to 45 in multiwise starting from 17 while using the bathroom (true story)

bob: "hey did you know that i counted to 100 in multiwise in under 30 minutes?"
alice: "woah! thats crazy, i can only do up to 56 in that amount of time"
