muscle sand

When you want to type "muscles and" but you type it wrong so it becomes "muscle sand."

User 1: Today at the gym, I worked out my muscle sand abs.
User 2: Muscle sand?
User 1: Oh I meant, muscles and abs
User 2: Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.
