a p-inclus is someone that supports transfem / nb lesbians , transmasc / nb gays , people on the aroace spectrum , xeno / neo genders & prns , and supports the idea that pronouns do not equal gender .

p-inclus do not support contradictory labels , racist prns , harmful gender identities , and harmful transphobic + lesbiphobic identities such as lesboys , mspec lesbians & mspec gays .

person 2 : yes , but no . I don’t support some beliefs of radinclus but i do support things such as he/him lesbians .

person 1 : do you think trans or cis men can be lesbians ?

person 2 : no. I believe this is a harmful label to transmen because they are men and saying they can be lesbian means you don't view them as actual men. and lesbianism is nwlnw so including men in that is extremely lesbiphobic.
