A female going without her underwear, i.e without her panties. In the UK and Australia the word normally used to describe the same thing would be knickerless, i.e without her knickers. Also often described as going commando.

When Jane was dancing energetically in the club, it was obvious that she had decided to go out for the evening pantieless.
