Short for penetrative sex.
Can also be shortened to pen.

Usually used for disguise or code purposes, but sometimes just for the sake of shortening the word.

Ex 1:
Brother 1: Dude, me and Judy had pen last night!

Brother 2: Awesome!

Mother *confused*: Good for you, honey.

Ex 2:
Person 1 *texting*: it was amazing we messed around for a bit n then she said she wanted pen sex
