Pennypacking

To drive aimlessly with no regard for the destination or time and no consideration for the others on the trip, often ending up at a destination far from the one originally intended. The driving is frequently interrupted by inexplicable stops.

I thought we were going to the beach, but Carl kept pennypacking, and we eventually ended up at some lighthouse. And with all that pennypacking, it was just before closing time.

Pennypacker

A small residental park in Willingboro, NJ. All the houses look the bloody same and the parties make you want to hump a dead goat. Apparently, it has its own "gang" called Pack-Set. Yes, it blows that hard.

Where you live at, Pennypacker?
