Shortened slang term for Asperger's Syndrome. Implies that someone is severely socially awkward. A person with this condition may also be called a "Pergburger."

Perging

Pegging with the intention of purging the colon, usually by administration of an enema immediately beforehand. A variation of this can involve using a bristled dildo.
