Perismatic

Pronunciation (Per-is-matic)- Something random which evokes mixed emotions or rage. A perismatic remark is usually one involving politics, Oprah, Doom, Violence, or something strangely funny.

Tom made a perismatic remark, "Communism is the way of the future!"
