Adjective.
1.) A personality trait belonging to those who look stupid in any and all photographs ever taken of them.
Does not apply to people who look stupid outside of photographs.
2.) Can be used singularly, as in referencing one photo.
1.) "You'll have to excuse my obnoxious friend... just give him the camera and make him take the picture. He's completely photarded anyway."
2.) "Don't tag that, I look completely photarded in that picture."
A photard is that one person in the high school yearbook that didn't make it for photo day, and wound up with a photographic framing, lighting, or exposure situation that does not match the other several hundred photos in the book. Ironically enough, those students that are socially awkward, nerdy, and/or wear thick coke-bottle glasses often end up as photards.
"I can't believe i wound up being a photard AGAIN this year. Man i'm pissed off."
"Is it me, or is Brigette's picture sliiiighty photarded?"

A person who's head is cropped significantly smaller or larger than the rest of the people surrounding them in a yearbook or composite photo.
Homey: "Dude, look at Adrian's head in this composite photo. That thing looks like the goddamn Goodyear Blimp."
Buddy: "Yeah, he's a total photard. I think the cameraman got the framing wrong during photo day, but there are also rumors that he inhaled several massive hits of helium just before that shot was taken."
These are the people who take photography classes at either a highschool or college level and think they are better than everyone else.
The photards tried to say tilting the camera was for artistic reasons when really they can't find a good way to frame the shot.
