Informal. (especially of children and pets) to urinate.

U.S uses piddling to mean wasting time.
U.K uses piddling to mean urinating

U.S = I'm bored so I'm piddling round the house getting jobs completed

U.K = I wish the dog would stop piddling all over the carpet
