when you are very, very , very bored John (I mean you)and you type all the keys upon your board of keys summarising your boredness by the use of a board. You press all the keys with your fingertips starting from the right hand side of the board and going from the bottom of each column of keys and working your way along to the left hand side of the keyboard. It is very, very, very entertaining and is good fun for those who are overtasked like good old simon lee.
