Taking an extra long time in the bathroom while pooping. Poopcation entertainment comes in the form of texting, reading, draw something, and other such phone activities.
M: I was reading online about poop and it came to my attention that it may not be healthy to hurry while pooping.
J: Yeah I have always been a fan of the poopcation.
1. A cat made out of poop.
2. A saying, like "crap".

1. A term used to describe someone who is lame, uncouth, or vile.
2. Someone who would do such a heinous act such as pooping on a cat.
3. A person that during a game of truth or dare pooped out on a window and onto a cat.
a) Aww man, Kanye West is such a poopcat.
b) Did you see what that poopcat just did?!
c) Wow, Carolyn is literally a poopcat. That's disgusting!

When an individual has spent a ridiculously extended amount of time in the bathroom. Specifically, when they are using the extended time to avoid compleating a task, or to get an extra paid break at work.
"Felicia has been in the bathroom for, like, 45 minutes. Either she is dead, or she is on a poopcation."
