Frank knew he would get hammered at the ballgame, so he issued a pre-apology to the crew before the tailgate.
verb. To apologize for some shit that may happen.
ex. I came to work knowing good and hell well I was sick. So obviously someone was gonna get it. I "pre-apologized" to anyone who may get sick because of my ass.
