v.The act of not being very busy, but being busy enough to not accomplish something.

Wife: Did you take out the trash yet?
Husband: No, I've been pseudo-busy.
Wife: Doing What?
Husband: Work and trying to ignore you.
Wife: Oh okay...What was that last part?
Husband: Ohhh nothing, I'll go take out the trash now.
