Shortly there after followed by a belly flop!

The word "rammaging" is a blend of the word rummaging ( which means searching through something in a hurried or disorganized way) and rampaging ( which implies moving destructively or violently through and area)
So, "rammaging on through" could be interpreted as someone or something pushing forward with a combination of determination and disorder, perhaps in a way that's a bit rough or aggressive, without much concern for obstacles or orderliness.
The problem isn't solved yet but we are rammaging it through.
