run-dance

1. verb. to run while dancing or dance while running, not necessarily to music. (run-danced, run-dancing)

2. noun. a ballet move where you run like a gimp and flail your arms about or bend your knees and move your shoulders a bit and then beginning to run.

1. With run-dancing, I'm still not sure whether to start dancing and then run, or start running and then dance.

Dude, it doesn't matter, just do what comes to you.
