Buying a Samsung smartphone and finding out that your new phone wont receive updates and you will be stuck with an ancient Android version until you buy a new one.
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S, and now I hear it will never get Ice Cream Sandwich.

They do insurance, food, construction thnings in Korea as well. huge company...
Samsung makes good cell phones, mp3 players and LCD stuff! Their laptops are crappy thou!
