Shitepoke

A word that my parents used to discribe a small devilish person.
They where of northern european desent, and often used the word.

He's such a little shitepoke.

Shitepoke

In ornithology, shitepoke is a common name for the green-backed (or stirated) heron, and is sometimes used to refer to other members of the heron family in general. Alternatively, the term was used in the Southern region of the United States as a slang word, meaning a mischievous or unruly child.

That little shitepoke was throwin' rocks at squirrels and broke my winda!
