The skittle pass is a sacred not. It is only ever given to one verbally. Once a straight man/woman is given this pass, they may use the word(s) faggot/fag. Once they say it the pass is gone until given again.

(one may only give one the pass if they as a man have sucked dick and swallowed, or a women has had sex with another woman)
