A) Someone who is super gross, never showers, and has hair that always looks very dirty and oily.
B) A grown-ass person who doesn't care about their appearance and deliberately chooses not to bathe for extended periods of time resulting in them physically looking extremely dirty and, their hair, excessively oily.
C) A portmanteau (or a blend) of the words Skanky and greasy.
Girl, I hate that you've been sick but you need to clean yourself up because you look a little skreezy right now.
