Mostly used by teens, who exchange naked portraits of them selves on snapchat.
In most cases boys ask girls if they want to snap-change.

Boy: "Hey, wanna snap-change?"
Girl: "Sure, you go first"
Boy: *Sends a nude*
Girl: *Sends a nude back*
