when inhaling the vapors of combusting cannabis flowers through various methods (i.e., pipe, joint, bong, etc.) and the levels of intoxication are so high that the person who is currently smoking, they forget that they are smoking and forget to pass or even smoke.

dude, stop spoaching and pass the blunt!
