Styer Out

To deny an invitation to an event with your bros or to leave early under the excuse that you are either "busy" or have to "hang out with your girlfriend."

Styering out only becomes an appropriate term after the aforementioned event has happened on an extremely regular basis, and becomes expected.

Billy Bob was going to come to my party, but he had to styer out. What a surprise.

the styer smith effect

When a woman meets a man with such impressive confidence and style that he becomes an almost god-like figure to the woman

I can feel the styer smith effect beginning to take place with this guy I met last night
