A universally feared report on a subject, often issued by Dr. Victory. Those who are assigned them often state emphatically they will start the weekend after being assigned it, though do not start until the weekend before. It is advised that one fills it with as much visual, textual, and quantitative data as possible, in the form of short, declarative sentences, with the purpose of causing >9000 victorgasms.
We were given about three weeks to do our final summative, but almost no one started until the week before. *D'OH*

Summ boi also known as some boy is a person who has excellent banter or humour. Or in certain circumstances can be used to describe someone who is a great guy.
"What have you got me there Barry?", "Well Josh, I've got you some Barry's Red Cola.", "You are summ boi Barry, you are summ boi."
That one kid in your high school class who thinks he's classy as fuck and athletic but all he does is swim and shit.
You: "Hey J Summs wanna go to a party this weekend?"
J Summs: "Nah Brah, can't Brah, too much swimming Brah, gotta try on some sweater-vests Brah."
This implies ignorance towards someone, specifically someone who has experience something bad, therefore in response one says ‘do yall hear summ’ to show they don’t care.
