A swirlie wherein the toilet is flushed multiple times with the victim's head remaining in the bowl from flush to flush. Could be rapid-fire flushes or just a couple long full flushes. High risk of drowning the victim if it goes on too long since a person can only hold their breath for so long. If the toilet has poop in it at the start, it can be called a "super chocolate swirly." The victim's face can be pressed against the bottom of the bowl to prevent the poop from flushing away on the first flush, making for a nastier super swirlie.

A Super Chocolate Swirly is a super cruel thing that jocks will do to humiliate an unlucky nerd. Unlike a normal chocolate swirly, a super chocolate swirly has much more shit in the toilet. Usually, to make it a super chocolate swirly, up to 3-4 people have to use it, and the shit has to start filling up the toilet. Once that is finished, the jocks will take some poor nerd, and shove their head right into the toilet, smearing their face in shit. The jock will usually shove their head in the shit for several minutes, before deciding to flush the toilet. The jocks can also add more ways to humiliate the nerd and make it more disgusting by:
Peeing in the toilet
Forcing the nerd to eat the shit
Recording it
Using the toilet while the nerds head is in it
Getting random passer byers to use the toilet and not flush
Giving the nerd a wedgie during it
Locking the nerd somewhere in some way where they can't leave and can't wash their face off for a while
