Thrashy

Used in the metal cummunity to describe music that have the chracteristics of thrash metal, e.g., extremely fast drumming, chaotic riffs, and aggressive vocals. Often used for very fast thrash metal songs, but also for songs from bands that aren't typically thought of as thrash metal, for instance, a death metal band could have songs that are considered "thrashy". Thrashy songs are ideal for the act of moshing or headbanging.

Person 1: Hey, have you heard the new Lamb of God song?
Person 2: Hell yeah, man, I dig it; it's very thrashy!

When something is carefree, cool, and fun, but not necessarily charged by any motive, be it politically, socially, or personally

“Hey did you see that soda shop with the stone gorilla statue out front?”
“Yeah I did, kinda thrashy.”
