To be Tim'd or to pull a Tim is to say things are going very well or things are alright, when in reality its all going wrong. This meaning comes from a mmorpg community in the game Eve Online.
Person 1 : "dude are you alright?"
Person 2 : " Ya , im alright its fine"
Person 1 : " whats going on now?"
Person 2 : " oh shit i died :( "
Person 3 : " OMG , he just got Tim'd!"

Being "Tim'd" would be when things are finally going right for you in your life, and then God finally takes a gigantic shit on your happiness and everything crumbles around you. You lose your kids, home, friends, and will to live.
