a term used to describe people who are new to twitter and don't know anything about it

I just got twitter today. I don't know anything about it and I decided that I needed a word to describe myself. I'm a twitling and I coined this term.

A country term for an especially stupid hooligan, who has no care for anything or anyone around them.

Person A: you wanna skip geometry?
Person B: (in country accent) No now I ain’t gonna be caught wandering dem halls wit no twitle-pritzer!
