Someone who attempts to pull off a ruse in which he/she pretends a pop machine has dispensed two pops for the price of one when everyone knows very well that he/she deposited two dollars in the machine. "Two-dollar" then gives the extra pop to a table of senior girls in hopes they will reciprocate some form of friendship.
