Slang term that supposedly originated in the Los Angeles area. When something is awesome or really dope, it is unreesh. Can be used as an adjective or exclamation.

Person 1: Yo, God's Plan by Drake is an unreesh song bro!
Person 2: So true bro! Unreeeeesh!
