The word "wey" is a Mexican slang term with many variations:
1)Informal "Que pasa wey?" Here meaning "What's up dude?"
2)Slang insult "Mira esa pinche wey. Yo voy a matar el"
Meaning "Look at that fucking bitch/fag. I'm going to kill him"
3)Saying "Ore le wey!" figuritively meaning "Pray dude!"

My LA experience saw a conversion of the word "Buey", meaning Ox, to Wey, meaning asshole when you wanted it to, or "dude" when you wanted it to. I would like to hear more about the use of buey as an insult.
"Esta pinche buey (this fucking cow)" used by a 5th grade boy to insult a sizeable 5th grade girl.

1.(mexican slang) the origanal defenition is a bull with his testes cut off to make him work harder before he is slaughtered because he isn't going to be sexually active any more(this is ussually refered to as a guy who wheres the dress in the family :D or has a gold digng wife or is being cheated on and he knowes it but doesn't do any thing about it, also it can just be a regular wats up name like yo
