Definition: To offensively insult or play a practical joke in bad taste on another person. (common phrase for insult: i hope you burn), (common practical joke: writing fudge packer on a persons work, or hiding one's belongings, namely shoes)
Background: These phrases stem from a boy named Christopher Whiggam who, through his instability and hateful charecteristics, (although sometimes playful and harmless) likes to play such practical jokes and give such insults
