noun: A person that simply tries too hard. Desperately in search for something that just is not obtainable. If this person had 3 wishes, they would wish for more wishes. They would wish their friend three wishes so that on their last wish, their friend would wish them three more wishes. The word is derived from the word "junkie". Originally coined wish junkie then shortened to wishie.

Someone who can't make up there mind. Says they will do something, then don't...Or gives an opinion about how they feel and changes it later.
He said he wanted to break up with his girlfriend. Then the next day he didn't want to break up with his girlfriend. He is so wishy washy.
