Scoffee

Coffee that has so much sugar in it that it becomes Sugar with coffee.

Rose: I'm having coffee.
Lilly: I'm having sugar with some coffee in it.
Rose: Ah, you mean Scoffee. Enjoy!
Lilly: *sips her scoffe as she tries to wake up*
