Pulling a duluș on someone basically means to screw someone over.

Not inviting someone at your wedding, even though you've been friends for years.

- I though you'll be at the wedding this weekend
- Nah man, he pulled a duluș on me.

- You're not thinking of pulling a duluș on me, are ya?
- No way, man. You're definitely invited!
