Double or nothing

A bet that has to be agreed on by both parties to decide whether a loss or debt from a previous bet should be doubled or canceled.

Person 1: I bet you double or nothing that a dumb political bet I made in 2017 will for sure come true in 2018.
Person 2: LOL, nah. I'll take my money now
