"Gribbling" is being completely unaware of events that are going on around you, especially those that are completely obvious. Comes from King of the Hill's Dale Gribble, whose wife is having an affair, and he is the only person who is completely oblivious to what is so obviously going on between his wife, Nancy and her lover, John Redcorn.
Everyone thinks that Jacob is just gribbling about the fact that Kerry lost. He seems completely unaware.
Two main definitions:
1. A male of poor pullling ability who resorts to clinging to any female that fails to have the power or grace to tell him where to go. Usually seen after large consumption of alcohol. This male is usually ignored in a manner expected of parasites and can cause much amusement to his piss-taking mates.
2. A member of a male clan fails to attend 'boys night' through "gribbling". This is due to being 'loved up' or as part of the continued mission of "keeping the misses happy".
"Look at Sam, he's gribbling again. He won't let the minger go!"
A mustache that is not quite a mustache but is just a little bit of light lip hair. Oftenly found on 13 year old boys. Named after Joseph Gribble a chartoon character from Mike Judge's and Greg Daniels's show "King Of The Hill".
