HHR is an acronym known as the Homo Hot Rod.
Nice cars in their day, but an absolute disaster to do mechanical work on. Many of them met their premature fate because the repair bills would be more that the vehicle was worth, earning them a trip to the junkyard.
1. Two guys came in for a rental and I gave them the HHR. The Homo Hot Rod fits them perfectly!
2. I'm sick of working on this HHR. It took me two days to change the radiator on this fucking Homo Hot Rod.
