To be poopy means that you have recently gone number two, but have not washed your ass yet.
You may have used wipes, or toilet paper, but because you have not fully washed your behind, you are still poopy.
Poopy comes in different levels obviously.
I need to jump in the shower because I am still poopy.
Similar to feeling like shit. A drousy, bummed out, crappy, or even grouchy feeling.
