A "game" in where you go to a strangers house and ring their door bell; and run somewhere like the ditch or behind a bush or something in time without being seen.
"I dare you to play ding-dong-ditch Sally!"
Ding-dong-ditch means that you knock on a random door and you run away after you knock and when the awnser the door the person or thing will not see you run and they will think that your there but your not your running away from them
Guess what? I ding-dong-ditched and they called the cops and it was on the news

The act where you knock on someone's door, or ring their doorbell, and run away. This is mostly used on old people who either grab their gun and shoot at the kid, or chase them in their car. This, in my opinion, is fun as fuck if he or she starts chasing you. Most people do this at night to not be seen, but I like to sometimes go during day.
