I find that subculture tediously templative; desperately clinging to prefab social masks because they’re terrified of the shrieking void within.
A buzzword to denote a product or service that, although showing much promise for paradigm shift-creating greatness, languishes in the ether as a result of failing to prove its worth beyond gimmicky uses & implementations.
However, despite years of serious development and now wider adoption by content providers and consumers alike, it has yet to emerge from the gimmicksphere.
Mediocre + cretin = mediocretin. A stupid, vulgar or insensitive person who is “additionally” of moderate or low quality, value, ability or performance.
They're so offensively average I've had to coin a new word for them: mediocretin.
A term used to describe something which is clever, yet so cringeworthy as to provoke mental recoil and audible groaning.
