Party splash

1) After pouring the desired amount of alcohol for a mixed drink, a party splash is a short extra pour of alcohol that you add to the drink to guarantee its strength.

Person pouring liquor: "Tell me when to stop..."
Partygoer: "...stop!"
Person pouring liquor: "A little party splash, and now we're all set."
