Billey is a guy who has the ability to be either the sweetest dude you’ve ever met or the biggest asshole. Sometimes both at the same time. Beautiful eyes and broad shoulders are about his only good physical description. Can’t keep a relationship long and often skips from person to person, you never want to date a Billey.
