Derogatory term:
The kid who leans on the wall at the corner of a store and/or gas station. They are "technically" not loitering since they're still sipping on the slurpie they bought 3 hours ago.

Person 1: Wow, look at that creeper hanging in the corner doing nothing.
Person 2: Yeah, what a squere.
