frat brother

A term of camaraderie used to identify the brother-like relationship between college males who have become members of the same fraternity. This phraseology is especially common among fraternities of African-American origin.

When I arrived at the interview, would you believe a frat brother was the hiring manager? I'm sure I'll get that job now!
